Through a fascinating story of discovery, perseverance,

and environmental sensitivity, the Ikuma Diamond

is now available at Ben Bridge Jeweler.

Formed deep underground more than a billion years

ago by the mysterious forces of nature, the Ikuma

Diamond was thrust closer to te earth's surface by

powerful volcanic eruptions. In 1991, after years of

exploration, traces of these diamonds were discovered

in the remote barren lands of Canada's Northwest

Territories.

The Diavik mines were constructed some 400 miles

north of Yellowknife. With innovative cutting-edge

engineering, environmentally sustainable mining

practices in collaboration with native communities.

Following discovery and excavation, the diamonds are

cut and polished at a state-of-the-art facility in Canada

to the exacting standards of Ben Bridge.
